Billing: full invoice detail

Owner decision 2026-07-04: launch ships full invoice depth, not the amount/status/pay stub that exists today — line items, due date, invoice number, downloadable PDF, receipt after payment, and failed-payment states. Requires schema + Stripe webhook-mirror work, and the billing contract must be updated to match before implementation. Builds on the live-proven webhook capture.
