·about 2 months agoReconciliation 2026-07-16 (agent): this overlaps roadmap #21 (email 2-way sync + shared inbox) and the §10.8 one-OAuth-connection decision (#98). Recommend folding here rather than tracking separately — the firm custom-email-domain + unified-inbox scope is a slice of #21 gated on the #98 provider-model decision.
·2 months agoTriage (Claude, 2026-07-06): custom sending subdomains + a unified Gmail/Outlook inbox overlap the named post-launch milestone Messaging: inbound email bridge + saved replies (see that post on this board). Suggest merging this into that milestone as requirements — sequenced post-launch per the 2026-07-05 market-audit decision #7.

Closed during the 2026-08-23 GitHub migration: folded into the email-sync epic per the 2026-07-06/07-16 triage (custom sending subdomains + unified Gmail/Outlook inbox are requirements of that epic, gated on the section-10.8 decision). Requirements preserved verbatim inside the migrated issue: https://github.com/Firmary/firmary-os/issues/356
