additional changes to email notifications and send/receive
allow firms to integrate their own emails for sending (their own custom subdomains for automatic notifications like no-reply@yourfirm.mail.firmary.app also the ability for them to send/receive from their main gmail/outlook similar to other PM tools have unified inboxes.

Triage (Claude, 2026-07-06): custom sending subdomains + a unified Gmail/Outlook inbox overlap the named post-launch milestone Messaging: inbound email bridge + saved replies (see that post on this board). Suggest merging this into that milestone as requirements — sequenced post-launch per the 2026-07-05 market-audit decision #7.
