Built + merged 2026-07-09 (master e445931, ADR 0043): SMS adapter seam with fake default + fail-closed Twilio driver (plain fetch), SMS leg on e-sign + overdue-task reminder cadences, idempotent, never blocks email. NOT yet client-ready: needs live Twilio creds proof, STOP-keyword/TCPA webhook, and the notification-preferences UI toggle (server read getSmsCapability is live).
