Ship an installable PWA (staff + client) with push notifications first — fast and cheap; commit to native iOS/Android only if PWA telemetry justifies the cost (roadmap §9). Mobile weakness is one of the market's most-punished gaps. Size: M. Source: product-roadmap.md §4.

PWA half shipped 2026-07-09 (master e445931): manifest + icons, hand-rolled service worker (allowlist-only static caching, never auth HTML/API), offline fallback, install prompt incl. iOS, staff surfaces responsive at 375px. Push notifications remain scaffold-only: in-memory subscription store, env-gated off, no vendor adapter — needs a Postgres store + web-push driver before it is a real channel.
